P.<\/a> is publishing, in the Official Gazette, the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/diariodarepublica.pt\/dr\/detalhe\/regulamento\/944-2023-220259578\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Regulation<\/a><\/strong> that outlines the procedures to be followed when making payments to beneficiaries of the types of interventions covered by the Portugal 2030 Incentive Systems.<\/p>\n<p>The regulation was approved at a meeting held on 14 July 2023 by the Board of Directors of the Agency, as the paying authority for the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).<\/p>\n<p>It includes the Programmes of <a href=\"https:\/\/portugal2030.pt\/programas\/#cte\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">European Territorial Cooperation<\/a> for which the Agency is designated, the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+), the Cohesion Fund (CF), the Just Transition Fund (JTF) and the Asylum, Migration, and Integration Fund (AMIF) for the period 2021-2027.
