The A\u00e7ores 2030<\/a> Programme has published new Calls for Tenders, targeting areas such as tourism promotion, education, water resources and Research & Development<\/strong>, with applications until 2024.<\/p>\n

In the area of Tourism<\/strong>, the call ACORES2030-2023-7<\/a> \u2013 Actions to promote the Azores<\/strong> provides an allocation of 10M\u20ac for marketing, advertising, promotion and dissemination campaigns aimed at potential external markets and visitors. Eligible beneficiaries are the regional public administration and business associations, with applications open until 28.03.2024<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Under the topic of Education<\/strong>, 2.8M\u20ac have been allocated for building and upgrading the education system’s infrastructure and implementing distance learning operations. The call ACORES2030-2023-6<\/a> \u2013 Pre-school, primary and secondary education<\/strong> is aimed at the regional public administration, with applications open until 30.04.2024.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The call ACORES2030-2023-8 – Promoting economic development, research and innovation<\/strong> is aimed at supporting investment and capacity-building in business centres. Accessible to regional and local public administrations and the management bodies of business parks, the call for proposals has a budget of 6M\u20ac, with applications open until 30.08.2024<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

In the area of Water Resources<\/strong>, an allocation of 17.5M\u20ac is earmarked for investment in the water cycle<\/strong>, namely infrastructure for treatment, supply and sanitation systems, system connections or support for the management, digitalisation and optimisation of the water cycle. The call ACORES2030-2023-9<\/a> covers local public administration and the local business sector, with applications open until 30.08.2024<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
