  • Discussion

We recall that the National Anti-Fraud Strategy for Preventing and Combating Fraud in the Application of Funds from the European Union Budget for the 2023-2027 period was approved by Order no. 7833/2023, published in the Official Gazette.

In the current context of outlining, developing, and implementing various financial Frameworks and Instruments stemming from the general budget of the European Union, and taking into account the significant volume of financial resources allocated to Portugal, it is essential to ensure a robust policy for preventing, detecting, correcting, and investigating irregularities and combating fraud.
