The Board of Directors of AD&C- Agência para o Desenvolvimento e Coesão, I. P. is publishing, in the Official Gazette, the Regulation that outlines the procedures to be followed when making payments to beneficiaries of the types of interventions covered by the Portugal 2030 Incentive Systems.
The regulation was approved at a meeting held on 14 July 2023 by the Board of Directors of the Agency, as the paying authority for the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).
It includes the Programmes of European Territorial Cooperation for which the Agency is designated, the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+), the Cohesion Fund (CF), the Just Transition Fund (JTF) and the Asylum, Migration, and Integration Fund (AMIF) for the period 2021-2027. The regulation entered into force on the date of its approval.
